As a Senior Consultant, Damien specialises in assisting businesses with recruiting high-calibre project delivery and transformation candidates across contract, interim, and permanent markets.

Prior to joining recruitment in 2020, he worked as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master on a major transformation program for a global insurance provider, enabling him to bring industry experience to his search.

In his role, he has built a solid track record in Private Equity offering, Commerce & Industry, and Financial Services sectors. His expertise covers various roles including Project, Program & Portfolio Manager, Project/Program Director, Project Management Officer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead/Manager, Release Train Engineer, Chapter Lead, and Head of Delivery.

Interests:

Damien has a passion for sports. He is an avid runner who has completed three marathons so far including Sydney and Melbourne. Gaelic Football takes up a lot of his spare time, he has played the sport all his life and currently serves as Chairperson for a local club in the Eastern Suburbs. Additionally, he enjoys Soccer, NRL, and AFL.
