Allura Partners Digital | The year in review, insight and a new opportunity

Across our client base in private capital markets (private equity, venture capital and family office), Allura Partners has experienced another fantastic year of heavy deal flow and exciting growth dominated by sectors such as healthcare, technology and consumer. We have witnessed and supported a large volume of investment across health-tech, fin-tech and consumer businesses that are all disrupting large traditional players via digital transformation and are experiencing and planning for unprecedented growth.

Supporting our clients to appoint executives to drive value creation is what we do, and we have seen the need for digital talent explode at both C-Suite level as well as digital team build outs! No surprise given the need for businesses to move more online than ever before and critically maintain a high level of customer experience.

The need for digital executives and capability in their teams has never been in more demand. 2022 looks like it will be the busiest year yet in the digital talent landscape!

As a result, we are looking for a senior digital recruiter / leader that is currently working at the mid to senior end of the market who is looking to elevate their profile in the market. This is an opportunity got someone to take the next step in their career, working for some of the most exciting, high growth organisations; whilst recruiting executive roles across the C-suite and head of levels for design, product and customer.

If you have an interest in working with the best investors in ANZ at the executive level and have an appetite to build and lead the digital practice at Allura Partners, please get in touch with our MD, Andrew Smith, for a confidential discussion and to hear more about the opportunity.

We would also like to thank Mike Clements for his efforts in the digital space at Allura Partners over the past 2 years, we wish you well in your next role.
