Allura Partner’s Continued Success in Executive Searches for ROC Partners: New CFO for Story House Early Learning

Allura Partners has a proven track record in conducting executive searches for Roc Partners, a pioneer in private markets across Asia-Pacific. With a long-standing partnership, Allura Partners was appointed by Roc Partners to spearhead the Chief Financial Officer search for their investment portfolio company, Story House Early Learning, an early childhood education and care (ECEC) provider.

The role, based in Brisbane, became vacant when the previous CFO transitioned internally to another executive role. Allura Partners objective was to identify a candidate capable of continuing Story House’s ongoing growth strategy.

Tom Hattersley, Principal at Allura Partners, collaborated with Roc Partners team members John Murphy and Alex Tandl and Story House’s CEO Paul Cochrane, to conduct a comprehensive search across the east coast of Australia. The search also included leveraging referrals and our extensive network.

The process led to the placement of Rowan Greene, an executive with impressive experience in private equity. Recently coming from a successful PE investment where he served as Deputy CFO, Rowan brings valuable multi-site experience in a growth-oriented environment.

Rowan joins Story House Early Learning with a focus on advancing its robust growth agenda which includes expanding its current pipeline of centres and pursuing new acquisitions. In the role of CFO, he will oversee strategic planning, implementation, and financial management across the business.

James Curtis, Principal at Allura Partners, also recently placed the Chief Operating Officer for Story House Early Learning.
