A former professional athlete, he transitioned into recruitment over three years ago, bringing with him an elite-level sporting mindset. Passionate about mental health, Kurt is also a co-founder of Move for Men, a non-profit organisation dedicated to creating a supportive and safe environment for men. Through this initiative, he helps facilitate open discussions around mental health and other issues, fostering strong relationships and community support.

Interests:

Kurt enjoys playing Rugby League and used to play professionally across several teams. He still plays now for the Newtown Jets.
