Lucy leads the Finance and Operations division at Allura Partners, propelling growth by overseeing the financial, operational, and strategic aspects of the business. Her significant role has contributed to Allura Partners’ consecutive listings on the Australian Financial Review Fast100 in 2022 and 2023.

Lucy joined Allura Partners having worked in finance for sixteen years - initially in the United Kingdom as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. With experience in various sectors such as fast-moving consumer goods, not for profit, information technology, and the recruitment sector since 2022, she draws on a wealth of experience.

Lucy is also the founder of an online coaching business that supports small businesses in enhancing their financial literacy. Her aim is to transform traditional accounting principles into engaging and essential tools that drive success.

Interests:

Lucy loves to travel and is an avid foodie, so loves trying new restaurants or cooking up a storm at home. When she's not cooking & eating, she's usually found somewhere near the ocean; swimming in it or walking her dog close to it!
