About:
Peta leads our Head of Research department at Allura Partners. With more than 17 years’ experience, she has managed the delivery of executive assignments at the CEO, CFO and Executive leadership team levels for ASX listed, private equity and privately owned organisations at a local and global level.
Peta has recognised expertise in the end to end executive search process including the development of a research strategy and talent sourcing, candidate assessment and management, as well as candidate engagement and interviewing.
During her executive search career, she has undertaken assignments across a broad range of sectors including digital , technology and consumer services, B2B and distribution businesses, healthcare, industrial and manufacturing, and retail.
