Allura Partners expands Private Equity search offering

Last year witnessed another bumper year for PE with merger and acquisition activity at an all-time high. This fanatic year fuelled the Allura Partners PE executive search practice and with 2022 already off to a flyer, Allura Partners is proud to announce an internal promotion and an external hire to bolster our team to ensure we keep up with this ongoing demand.
Tom Hattersley joined Allura Partners in 2017, when the firm was in its first year of operation to support our PE executive practice by working with CFO’s of PE backed portfolio companies to build out their respective finance teams. Over the years, Tom has worked very closely with our PE executive search practice supporting many CFO mandates. Additionally, he has personally won and executed many searches and built an enviable brand and reputation within the PE CFO market. This combination will no doubt lead to his continued success as he joins the Allura Partners executive search team to partner Andrew Smith to win and deliver CFO and related mandates.
In addition to Tom’s promotion, Allura Partners is equally excited to announce the appointment of James Curtis. James is a proven executive search consultant who boasts a track record of working for a global executive search and talent consulting firm delivering executive search, hiring strategy, board assessment, succession planning and new market entry consulting. Over the past seven years, James has partnered with a broad range of companies from fast growth consumer and technology disruptors to media and content companies to clients covering the health, wellness, and sporting landscape. The one common thread, James has worked with his clients to appoint game changing leaders to transform and grow their businesses. This experience and track record will no doubt lead to his seamless transition to the Allura Partners executive search team to partner Adrian Belle to deliver CEO and COO mandates to our growing list of PE clients and their portfolio companies.
